THE ASSOCIATES PROGRAMME 2008
This is a challenging and comprehensive 12-month programme that comprises an initial period of classroom training (the "GIC Boot Camp") and rotations to different departments in GIC
Through the intensive GIC Boot Camp, you will gain a broad-based and sound understanding of the fundamentals in finance and portfolio management. This will be complemented by the rotations which offer you the opportunity to apply your learning and gain practical experience. You can expect to learn GIC's approach to investment, as well as observe the way we meet our fiduciary responsibilities and the working environment we create for ourselves
We hope to offer a long-term and rewarding career to all our Associates. However, we recognise that ultimately it is about fit - how you fit with GIC, and how GIC fits you.
